RELAX, SUMMER IS HERE!

Join us for another summer full of fun at the outdoor pool!  Our lifegaurds are getting ready, our staff is preparing for some great family events and Urban Eats is cooking up some awesome treats for our concession stand!

The best rate for a family membership to the outdoor pool is by purchasing an indoor facility membership. You will receive member benefits all summer long to our facility, including the indoor pool and fitness center!   Your family will save $50 by adding on the outdoor pool.

SNEAK PEEK WEEKEND FOR MEMBERS!

Outdoor Pool members can jump in the pool early this summer the weekend of May 18th & May 19th from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM!  Indoor Members can use their one free guest pass to try out our pool!

HOURS

Sunday - Saturday
10 am - 8 pm
The outdoor pool will operate everyday of the week from Memorial Day Weekend (May 26) through Labor Day Weekend (September 3).

HOLIDAY HOURS

Including Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day*
Indoor Facility: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Outdoor Pool: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*Guests must come with a member of the Outdoor Pool on weekends and holidays

We will operate on a Back-to-School schedule beginning August 12, with limited structures available from 10am - 4pm, Monday through Friday.  The pool will remain open through 8pm.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Outdoor Pool will close for the following reasons for the safety of our members and staff:

• Pool will close for 30 minutes if lightning is detected within a 6 mile radius
• Pool will close if rain limits visibility of the pool
• Pool will close or have limited hours if temperatures fall below the mid-70s
• Limited play structures may be available if temperatures fall below 80 degrees

Pool closings will be communicated through the Carondelet Park Rec Complex website through the red Weather Alert box in the upper right hand corner. Signs will be posted at our Service Center and near the Outdoor Pool. Pool closings are at the discretion of the Aquatic Director and/or the Executive Director.

OUTDOOR POOL FEATURES

Outdoor Pool Membership

The annual outdoor pool add-on fee is paid once per summer and gives access to the Outdoor Water Park for the entire summer. Members who have facility access to the Carondelet Park Rec Complex will qualify for the Annual Facility Member Rate. This includes members that join at the Rec Complex, South City Family YMCA or any YMCA Metro member.See the attachment below for a downloadable Summer Membership Guide for rates.

Guest Policy

Each membership of the Outdoor Pool may bring another household (or two adults) with them as guests. There is no limit to how many times a guest may visit the pool throughout the summer, but they must be accompanied by an Outdoor Pool Member on Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. Guests of the Outdoor Pool will always pay a daily guest fee and must have a Photo ID.

• $5 per child through age 12
• $10 per adult, up to $25 for a household per visit.

Re-Entry, Weather & Raincheck Policy

Outdoor Pool members may re-enter the pool using their membership card. Guests will need to present their receipt with their photo ID to the service desk for same-day re-entry.   

The Outdoor Pool will be closed when lightning or thunder is known to be within a 30 mile radius. The pool will reopen 30 minutes after the last strike or sound.

Guests who entered  the pool within 1 hour of a weather closing may return another day on a rain check.  Guests must have their receipt signed and dated by the service desk before leaving and return with the receipt on the next visit.
