Summer I Session Classes Begin

Get that body in shape for the Summer! We have added lots of new classes to this Summer's Schedule to help:
Circuit Training with Dale on Wednesdays and Fridays at noon.
Fee based classes include Strength & Conditioning on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:30 as well as Suspension Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15.
Have you tried our Fundamentals to Group Personal Training class? Its a free Group Exercise class on Monday nights at 5:30 with Patrick. This class is great for any new member or anyone just getting started on their way to being fit!
