Whether it's gaining confidence, losing weight, toning up, building muscles, increasing stamina, or preparing for an event, Y Personal Training will help you reach your fitness goals through personalized training. And we'll help you learn how to stay that way for life.
Statistics have proven that working out in a group produces longer lasting results than working out on your own. Sessions are designed to give you a high calorie burning workout based on all the movements you learned in Fundamentals, Group Training or Y Weight. Experience the motivation of other people with similar goals using each other to accomplish workouts never thought possible. All PT classes are taught by a nationally certified personal trainer and are designed to get you results.

In addition to one-on-one training, other options include:
Y Weight Loss Challenge
Teams with 4 to 6 members. Meet with a personal trainer 3 times per week, competing to lose more weight than other teams within a 12 week period. A fun, competitive strategy for weight loss. Your trainer completes weekly measurements of body weight & circumference. Team members must be enrolled & active in Weight Watchers, and present for orientation and 1st weigh-in.

Fundamentals Group Training
Fundamentals training is taught by nationally certified personal trainers and designed for all fitness levels. The class teaches exercise technique through a dynamic warm up, and functional strength and power moves in a motivating atmosphere. This class is in a group setting. This is a 7 week introduction class that will prepare you for Functional Training. The class is FREE to members.

Experience motivation from other people with similar goals using each other to accomplish workouts & exercises never thought possible. Intense, high energy training designed to help build strength and burn calories. Functional Training is unlimited so sign up and attend as many scheduled classes as you would like. Minimum of 6 participants.
Nonmembers: $170 per session
Members: $85 per session
Group Personal Training
Grab 2-5 people for Group Personal Training. This type of training is designed to have you and your friends train with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. Each workout is personalized to your group’s fitness goals. Maximum 3 times per week.
$149 per Month – MEMBERS ONLY
Monthly 1 on 1 Personal Training
Our personal training programs take the guesswork out of health and fitness. Personalized 55-minute fitness sessions with a nationally certified trainer are a safe and effective way to help reach your goals. This 1-on-1 personal training program encompasses cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and stretching to increase flexibility, strength, and overall health in an individualized goal-oriented program. Sport Specific Training
Private Basketball & Volleyball Lessons - Lessons include form correction, posture, balance, speed, plyometric and agility work, as well as building strength. Learn positions and plays as well increase specific sport skills through speed and agility drills.
Instructor: Brenda Okpala, ACE Nationally Certified Personal Trainer has a combination of 15+ years coaching and playing volleyball as well as a combination of 20+ years of coaching and playing basketball.
NEW CLIENTS- 3 sessions: $149 public; $129 for full YMCA members
