Whether it's gaining confidence, losing weight, toning up, building muscles, increasing stamina, or preparing for an event, Y Personal Training will help you reach your fitness goals through personalized training. And we'll help you learn how to stay that way for life.
Statistics have proven that working out in a group produces longer lasting results than working out on your own. Sessions are designed to give you a high calorie burning workout based on all the movements you learned in Fundamentals, Group Training or Y Weight. Experience the motivation of other people with similar goals using each other to accomplish workouts never thought possible. All PT classes are taught by a nationally certified personal trainer and are designed to get you results.

Y-Weight Loss Challenge
Begin your 12-week journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Our Weight Loss Challenge saw participants have an overall weight loss but also substantial changes in blood work. Exercise and healthy eating WILL change your physical well-being but will also contribute a positive change to cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL. These are things that end up costing more with medications and can be controlled. All our participants lost weight with two seeing substantial weight loss as well as change of lifestyle. Complete a packet and let us know what days and times work for you!

Fundamentals Group Training
We developed a program that will help every member, new or seasoned, make a fresh start with our terrific staff in a FREE group training class. Every Fundamentals class is taught by a certified personal trainer and is designed for all fitness levels, but is a great way to experience the benefits of personal training and make relationships in a group setting.
FREE – MEMBERS ONLY (Graduate after 7 weeks)
Group Personal Training
Group PT is intense and designed to help build strength and burn calories. These high energy classes are taught by a nationally certified personal trainer. Group Personal Training Classes are unlimited so sign up and come to as many scheduled classes offered above as you would like. Minimum of 6 participants.

FEES: $75 Per Session– MEMBERS ONLY
Monthly Semi-Private Personal Training
Grab 2-5 people and sign up for Semi-Private Personal Training. This type of training is designed to have you and your friends train with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. Each workout is personalized based on you and your friends’ fitness goals. Maximum three times per week.
FEES: $149 Per Month– MEMBERS ONLY
Monthly 1 on 1 Personal Training
Striving for optimal health can be a full time job. Our personal training programs take the guesswork out of health and fitness. Personalized 60 minute fitness sessions with a nationally certified trainer are a safe and effective way to help you reach your goals. This program encompasses cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and stretching to increase flexibility, strength, and overall health in an individualized goal-oriented program. Since we feel a fitness program should be built on a strong foundation, all of our personal training programs include a health and wellness consultation. Maximum three times per week.
FEES: $299 Per Month– MEMBERS ONLY
The Ultimate Personal Training Package
With this package receive UNLIMITED personal training, our group personal training classes, and a monthly visit with our dietician. As a sign up bonus you will receive a YMCA jacket and water bottle.
