The Y offers experienced and professional personal fitness trainers to its members. Y trainers work with a variety of clientele including athletes, sedentary adults, seniors and teens. One of our certified personal trainers can design a personalized training program specifically for you based on your individual profile.

If you are looking for a total body work out, power step or kickboxing, you’ve come to the right place! The Y offers many classes to enhance muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. Members may choose from zumba, boot camp, cycling and many more to work into shape while having the times of their lives! Your local Y also offers a variety of classes in dance, aerobics and exercise.

The YMCA Fitness Center
You will have several choices and great support as you begin using the YMCA fitness center. Talk with our fitness consultants, get recommendations and start using over one of over 100 pieces of cardio or weight equipment.

Personalized 30 or 60 minute fitness sessions with a nationally certified trainer are a safe and effective way to help you reach your goals.
