Aquatics at the Y are designed to teach water safety, stroke development, and personal growth skills. Aquatics at the Y are divided by age and by skill levels and advancing to the next level is dependent on individual completion of required skills. While we are known across the nation for our progressive Youth Swim Lesson program, we also offer many Water Fitness classes for adults, and Private lessons for all ages.

Family Swim & Water Slide
The Water slide at our branch is a favorite with kids and parents alike. To accomodate all members, our slide is operated during Family Swim time. Please visit our Schedules page and download our Pool Schedule for upcoming Family Swim times.
If lightning activity is within 6 miles of our facility, the pool and shower areas will close for 30 minutes from the last sighting. If this time overlaps a planned program time, every attempt will be made to contact participants, but advance notice of cancellation is not guaranteed. In order for us to keep our program prices as low as possible, we will not be able to make up programs due to weather related cancellations.
Water Fitness classes are a great way to exercise in a group setting, and are FREE for members. Choose from classes such as Aqua Boot Camp, Aqua Dance, Super Aquacise, Deep Water Conditioning, or Fit with Fins to give your joints a rest and get healthy in the water.
Visit our Schedules Page to find a complete list of Water Fitness classes, what time they're offered, and which description best meets your needs.
