Healthy Kids Day at the Y!

This year, more than 1,900 YMCAs will participate in Healthy Kids Day®, inspiring kids to get active and engage in learning, so they maintain healthy habits and academic skills to reach their full potential. Healthy Kids Day is one way the Y helps strengthen community through healthy living.
Current Y members as well as non-members are welcome to attend this day of fun-filled activities for the whole family.
Join us at the St. Charles County Family YMCA on Saturday, April 28th. The day will include many activities that promote healthy habits including:
Family Zumba and Kid Zumba, Cooking demonstration, Camp room, Swim clinic, Water Family Aerobics, Water Family Zumba, Kids Karate, Women’s Self Defense, Family Karate, Family Aikido, Speed and Agility, Family TRX, Family Cycling, Gym Bus, Child ID, Fire department, bounce house, literacy table and book giveaways crafts and more.
