West County Family YMCA Building Hours:
M-F 5:15 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Sat. 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sun 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
NOTE: All program areas close 1/2 hour before the building closes
West County Family YMCA Child Watch Hours:
We offer FREE for full members 2-hour Child Watch while you work out. No appointments are necessary.
CHILDWATCH (ages 6 weeks - 12 years):
M-F 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
M-F 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Sat. 9:00 am-2:00 pm
Sun. 12:30 - 3:30 pm
MEMORIAL DAY-8am-12noon
JULY 4th CLOSED-Visit Wildwood YMCA (8am-12noon)
LABOR DAY HOUR-8am-12noon
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
BRANCH POLICY:
In the event of inclement weather, the West County Family YMCA follows the Parkway School District’s severe weather policy. If Parkway Schools are closed the West County YMCA will cancel all classes and programs scheduled before 3 p.m. The child watch area will open at 10 a.m.
We will re-evaluate road and weather conditions at 2pm to determine whether late afternoon and evening classes and programs will be held.
YMCA facilities like the pool, fitness center and gym typically remain open even when programs and classes are cancelled.
YCLUB (Aftercare program)
School closings must be made before 5:30am for the West County Family YMCA to offer care.
The Y CLUB snow day program is available at ROSS and WREN HOLLOW Elementary Schools from 7:00am-6:00pm.
Children will participate in activities similar to those of our Holiday/Conference program. The children will receive a morning and afternoon snack. PLEASE SEND YOUR CHILD WITH A LUNCH and A BEVERAGE.
