Youth Sports, Tiny, Rookies and Winners Leagues
This mainstay of YMCA programs for young people fills kids’ discretionary time with positive activities and caring adult attention. Children participating in Y-Sports learn about the importance of teamwork and building self-confidence. Adults who volunteer as coaches have a unique opportunity to work with children and assist in building character in the process. Youth sports offeres programs to three years old all the way up to 7th and 8th grade. We have an adult recreational league to keep our adult members active and having quality fun as well! Adults sports are for ages 16 and up.

Adult Recreational Leagues
Grown ups need to play too! In YMCA adult recreational sports league, men and women focus on teamwork, relieve stress in their busy lives and find a social network of support and friendship. Build your own team and challenge others who are looking for a fun sports environment. Games are supervised and refereed by our YMCA staff.
Sign up today! Get a team together and register for the Basketball League at the Carondelet Park Rec Complex. Don’t know anyone interested in basketball? We will find a team for you!
