Labor Day Hours

September 3, 2012 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Mid County Family YMCA will be open on Labor Day from 8:00am to Noon for member use.

The following Group Exercise Classes will be offered:

8:30am - Spinning (Instructor: Harry)
9:30am - Boot Camp (Instructor: Riana)
10:30am - Yoga (Instructor: Annie)
