Active Older Adults

The YMCA of Greater St. Louis has assembled a fabulous collection of classes and events with emphasis on satisfying older adults’ interests, meeting their needs and using their abilities.

The Y can build customized programs in areas like travel, outdoor activities, arts and humanities, adult fitness, social clubs and volunteer opportunities.

There’s no such thing as “old school” at the Y where there’s a program to meet your needs and your schedule.

 Game Day

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month - join us for cards and other games from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm in the Dance Studio room!  Pull up a chair and join the fun!
