The YMCA Fitness Center
You will have several choices and great support as you begin using the YMCA fitness center. Talk with our fitness consultants and get recommendations to start using one of over 75 pieces of cardio or weight equipment.
Wellness Consultation
is a 60 minute meeting with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer or one of our other wellness trained staff to discuss any or all of the following as time permits:
Realistic Goal Setting
Optimal Health and Lifestyle Choices
Effective Exercise Guidelines for:
Fat Loss, Muscle Gain
Body Composition Analysis
Fitness Center and Equipment Orientation

Group Exercise
If you are looking for a total body work out or just getting started, you’ve come to the right place! Certified and energetic instructors will offer you a chance to get fit through one of our many classes to enhance muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. Members may choose from almost 70 weekly classes including Zumba, Boot Camp, Pilates, Cycling, Weighted Hula Hoops, Yoga, Free Motion, Kickboxing, Suspension Training and more to work into shape while having the times of their lives!

YMCA Weight Loss Challenge
A 12-week program designed to help members lose weight, tone and build muscles, learn about nutrition and lead an overall healthier lifestyle. Challenge participants meet in groups of 4-6 three times a week for an hour long workout session. Participants benefit from individual instruction from the personal trainer and the team camaraderie of small group training.
