Aquatics

Aquatics at the Y are designed to teach water safety, stroke development, and personal growth skills. Aquatics at the Y are divided by age and by skill levels and advancing to the next level is dependent on individual completion of required skills. While we are known across the nation for our progressive Youth Swim Lesson program, we also offer many Water Fitness classes for adults, and Private lessons for all ages.
