Group exercise classes at the Y provide a fun and different workout than the usual treadmill session. In our group exercise classes, you can make friends and come together with like-minded members of either your neighborhood or professional stomping ground who are consistently working toward maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Find the motivation you need to succeed, and make some new friends along the way.
New classes to the Fall II Group Exercise Schedule include:
Monday 5:15-6:45pm Cycling + Exer-ball. Amy has added Exer-ball to her Cycling class giving members an opportunity for a cardio workout in addition to working your core muscles!
Wednesday 5:45-6:45 Bootcamp with Stan is back! Emphasizing major muscle groups, cardio conditioning, balance and endurance.
Family Fitness Class 6-7pm. Join us in the Gym for a variety of active sports and games for youth of all ages. All parents are strongly encouraged to participate in class with their children. Have fun while staying active. Family Game night on the last Wednesday of each month including health snacks!
Saturday Cycling at 9:30am and Yoga Stretch at 11am with Jill! With Fall weather here, its time to take your weekend workout inside. Share the Y and bring a friend to class!
