How to Enroll

We will set up a time for you to come in with your family, view the site and meet the teachers. After the completed tour and interview, we will complete our waiting list form.

There is a $50 fee to be put on the waiting list and we recommend getting put on as soon as possible. The $50 fee is non-refundable but can be used toward the $100 registration fee that will be due at the time we offer you a spot. You will not lose your money as long as you enroll your child in the Minier ECEC.

After a spot is offered you will need to complete the enrollment forms, a medical form completed by a physician, signed acknowledgement page in the parent handbook. All forms must be completed 48 business hours before the scheduled start date.

Weekly Tuition Rates*

6 weeks - 24 Months    $245
2 years - 3 years          $190
4 years - 6 years          $170

*We accept DFS and YMCA scholarships are available for you to apply.
*A Full Family Membership to the Mid-County Family YMCA is complimentary with these fees.

Spaces in our licensed and accredited center are limited, so if you are interested, call now, and we will inform you if there is availability.

For current parents, please review all policies and procedures.  The last page of the packet must be completed prior to starting program.

Enrollment Forms
For enrolling/new parents, please fill out and return prior to starting the center.

Medical Examination Report
To be completed by your child's physician.

Inclement Weather Contact Sheet
To be completed, this is how the YMCA will contact parents regarding Center closings.

Behavior Management Form
To be completed and returned prior to starting program.

Record Update Verification Form
To be completed yearly by current parents.

Vacation/Withdrawl Form
For current families.  Must be filled and turned in two weeks prior to last day.

Child's Individual History Form
For current families to communicate more detailed information about their child's routines and schedules.

Membership Application
A complimentary membership to the Mid-County Family YMCA is included upon enrollment in the Minier ECEC
