Day Camp Parent Information
You can register for Day Camp online at www.ymcastlouis.org/ofallon or you can register at the O'Fallon Family YMCA. Upon registration, payment for your child's first full week of camp and a $15 deposit for each additional week is due. This deposit will be applied to your child's weekly camp fees. You can pay with cash, personal check, credit care, or choose to have your payments automatically drafted from your account each week. If payment has not been received, you will not be able to drop your child off for camp.
Once registered, you will contacted either by e-mail or phone, during which you will be directed to the YMCA website where you will need to download the Camp Enrollment Form and Parent Handbook, both of which will need to be filled out and returned no later than 2 weeks prior to your child attending camp. There are also additional forms to be filled out for children with Chronic/Sever Health Conditions, IEP's, a Section 504 Student Accomodation Plan, or Behavior Management Plan.
