The Monsanto Family YMCA will host it's 12th Annual Tuxedo & Tennis Gala on Saturday, November 17, 2012.
The Tuxedo & Tennis Gala is the Annual Strong Community Campaign Kickoff for the Monsanto Family YMCA Strong Community Campaign. The Gala consists of a silent auction, awards dinner, live entertainment and dancing.

History:
The Gala began in November of 2000. It was held at the Monsanto Family YMCA in the gymnasium. Since street shoes could not be worn on the gymnasium floor, it was decided that tennis shoes should be worn at the event with formal attire. Therefore, the event was named the Tuxedo & Tennis Gala. Since its inception the event has raised more than $350,000 and benefited the lives of thousands of youth and their families.
