Exercise and Nutrition Workshop for Cancer Survivors

Survivors will learn the benefits of physical activity and importance of a nutritionally sound diet in improving the quality of life and reducing their risk of cancer recurrence. A light breakfast will be provided. This program is presented by LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Food Outreach.
