Strength and Power Games

Being healthy means more than simply being physically active.  Sometimes it's about pushing yourself to the limits to reach new heights.  Sign up for the Strength and Power Games!  Compete in the Power Clean and Bench Press to showcase your abilities!  Ages 16 and up.

July 28th in the Concrete Room at the St. Charles County Family YMCA. Registration deadline is July 20th.
