branches, offer preschool, youth and adult lessons. Parent/child classes begin at six months and group swim lessons are available for ages 3 through adult.
The branches also offer private lessons for ages 4 through adult. Receive five 30-minute lessons per session. Semi-private lessons are also available for ages 4 through adult. Two participants receive five 30-minute lessons per session. Both participants must be full members.
Water Fitness classes are a great way to exercise in a group setting, and are FREE for O’Fallon Y

The Carondelet Park Rec Complex
is offering home-schooled children an opportunity to participate in Y aquatics programs. Participants will learn basic water skills, stroke technique and form. The program is divided in shallow and deep water swimming and is for ages 5 and up.
