Nutritional Counseling
Meet one-on-one with our Registered Dietician regarding nutrition & fitness, weight management, low cholesterol/low fat, diabetes, pregnancy, hypertension and other modified diets. For more information or to schedule an appointment, contact Diane Summers.
Y-Weight Loss Challenge
This 12-week program that helps clients to lose weight, tone and build muscles, learn about nutrition, and lead an overall healthier lifestyle.
Meet with one of our personal trainers in a small group setting (minimum 4, maximum 6 participants) three times a week for an hour long workout session. Participants will receive individual instruction from the personal trainer and will also benefit from the team camaraderie of small group training.
Participants will meet with their trainer 3 times a week. We will try to accommodate everyone as much as possible with different meeting times through out the day.
Workouts will take place in the YMCA in the weight room, cardio room, and gymnasium. When the weather gets nicer we may even go outside.
The Y-Weight Loss Challenge combines the best of Personal Training with the best of Group Fitness at an affordable price. Get the one on one instruction you get from a personal trainer with the camaraderie of a group fitness class and watch yourself attain your health and wellness goals.

Family Fitness Assessments
Get healthy as a family! These assessments are FREE and open to all ages. Ask fitness staff for your one-on-one fitness assessment. We will measure the following: weight, body fat, BMI, blood pressure, and flexibility. Please refrain from working out before the test. Call 314-849-9622 for more info!
Y Personal Fitness (ages 13 and up)
Is this your first time considering an exercise routine? Or have you tried to exercise and just can't keep with it? Then Y Personal Fitness is designed just for you! Check out this 12-week program that pairs you with a personal coach to help you meet our goals. Hundreds of people have signed up just in the past year!
