Breakout! Swim Clinic

Register by September 1st!

Sign up for the Mutual of Omaha Breakout! Swim Clinic hosted by the St. Charles County Family YMCA Stingrays!  Every participant will:

• learn champion performance techniques
• understand how the body, mind and heart affect swimming
• train with  the world's top swimmers
• get an autograph and photo
• receive a Breakout! T-shirt, poster, DVD's and other souvenirs

Sunday, September 16th at the St. Charles County Family YMCA.  Register by September 1st.
