Tai Chi
Explore and discover through the ancient art of Tai Chi, a pathway to Better Health. For all ages and physical abilities, including people with physical disabilities. In this art of moving meditation, reconnect to your innate ability to balance and harmonize your life.
At your own pace, learn the ease of Physical Movement, Power, Strength, and Flexibility. Improve your postural balance to enjoy and get the most out of daily chores, work, activities: exercise fitness, golf, tennis, running, biking, dancing, walking, playing an instrument, knitting, gardening, etc.
Dr Perretta has studied Tai Chi for over 25 years and has taught at the YMCA since 2001. He will guide you in understand and applying proper body mechanics.
Wear comfortable workout clothing and foot wear to class! Tai Chi classes available at Kirkwood & Webster.

SWIMMING PARTIES:
Ages 8 and up, 5-25 participants
Saturdays from 3:00 - 5:00 PM
1st hour (3-4 PM) is spent in the Gibbs Room for cake and presents. Table and chairs are provided.
2nd hour (4-5 PM) is spent in the pool with lifeguard supervision. May bring water guns and beach balls.
May NOT bring rafts, water balloons, or inflatable boats.
Webster pool is 3 feet deep (shallow end) and 9 feet (deep end)
$125 Full Members • $135 Program Members • $150 Non-Members
KIDS GYM PARTIES:
Ages 1-8, Up to 25 participants
Saturdays or Sundays from 2:30 - 4:00 PM
Spend 1 1/2 hours playing with mats for tumbling, low beams to walk on, balance balls to roll around on, and tons of other fun stuff. Kids Gym has special equipment appropriate for kids of most ages and sizes. Most of the room is padded and carpeted for safety. Table and chairs are provided. Kids Gym is staff supervised.
$100 Full Members • $115 Program Members • $125 Non-Members
ALL PARTIES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Any party items or food. The parent/guardian may bring these items and decorate the room 15 minutes before the party. The Webster YMCA does NOT have a refrigerator to keep ice cream and drinks.
DECORATIONS:
Decorations may be hung with masking tape only. If you would like to decorate with anything out of the ordinary, contact us for approval.
BOOKING YOUR PARTY:
All parties must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance. Please return the registration form with full payment to the Webster YMCA front desk to secure your party date.
SUPERVISION & CLEAN UP:
Two adults must be present for the duration of the party. Please remove all decorations after the party ends. Trash cans will be provided in the party room for parents to disguard cups, plates, wrapping paper, etc
