Health & Wellness
Family Fitness Fun - NEW
In Family Fitness Fun on Sundays from 10:05-10:50 am, parents and school-age kids work together on speed ladders, exercise balls, and light weights. Plus there is plenty of cardio, resistance (your own body weight), speed, agility and quickness. A very fun way to set a great example. Free for members. ChildWatch will open on 10 am on Sundays so we can take care of your little ones.
Y WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
This program is designed to help members lose weight, tone and build muscles, learn about nutrition and lead an overall healthier lifestyle. Challenge participants meet in groups of 4-6 three times a week for an hour long workout session. Participants benefit from individual instruction from the personal trainer and the team camaraderie of small group training.
For more information, email Fitness Director Lynn Kelly.

The triathlon is a 500-yard swim, 10-mile bike and 3-mile run and see where it takes you. All fitness levels are welcome. We’ll provide awards by age group and event t-shirts.
