Educational Programs

Put the exercise shoes aside for a moment and enjoy another side of the Carondelet Park Rec Complex with a myriad of educational programs.  These programs vary at every branch of the YMCA of Greater St. Louis.  Get set for some cerebral inspiration!

YMCA Literacy Learning Lab

The Learning Labs provide small group instruction for students who need help improving their reading or math skills.  Learning Labs are located here at the Carondelet Park Rec Complex as well as the Emerson Family YMCA, the Monsanto Family YMCA and the Literacy Council.

Parents who are interested in enrolling their child in the Learning Labs program should contact the Literacy office at 314-776-7102. To be eligible for tutoring students should be performing below grade level expectations in reading or math.
