Program Cancellations and Refunds
The purpose of our credit/refund policy is to allow the YMCA to offer quality programs and proper class ratios while maintaining flexibility to our members.
The YMCA reserves the right to cancel or combine classes because of insufficient enrollment or conditions beyond our control. If we cancel any class in which you are enrolled, you will be given a full refund or credit.
Credits are applicable toward any YMCA program. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Credits are good for one year from the date of issue. No refunds or credits are given for joining fees, gift certificates or memberships.
In order to keep our class fees as low as possible, we will not be able to issue credits for missed classes or activities, even if they occur as a result of inclement weather. Makeups are not available to swimming and gymnastic class participants because of the design of the program.
Only employees or approved representatives may provide any type of instruction or coaching to YMCA members, guests or participants. Failure to abide by policies may result in termination of membership.
