Save time by printing and completing the below forms now! Please refer to Camp Family Handbook to confirm which forms are necessary for your child. We encourage you to submit all forms when you initially register your child for camp. NOTE: All forms must be completed in full and received prior to your child attending camp.

Payment
Camp fees for the first week of camp due at time of registration and $30 deposit for each additional week of camp- the remaining balance to be paid before the start of each additional week of camp. Payment can be made by credit card, check or eft billing to be set up with our camp registrar, Mary Ellen.
