Downtown YMCA Board of Advisors
The Downtown Board of Advisors acts in an advisory capacity to the Executive Director. We are a charitable, nonprofit 501 3 C organization. Our board is not a fiduciary board; we exist under the direction of the By-Laws of the YMCA of Greater St. Louis Corporate Board. We have representation through Chairman of the Board of Advisors, who is a sitting member of the Corporate Board.
