In addition to one-on-one training, Other Options INCLUDE:
Dual Partner Training
Share a personal trainer- achieve your goals together! Combines strength, cardiovascular, & flexibility training. Sessions are by appointment only (1 hour appointments) Both participants must be full members.
Group Personal Training (ages 12-16)
Statistics have proven that working out in a group produces longer lasting results than working out on your own. Training is designed to give you a high calorie burning workout based on all the movements learned in our Fundamentals training. Experience motivation from other people with similar goals using each other to accomplish workouts and exercises never thought possible. Our Group PT is taught by a nationally certified personal trainer and is designed to get you results. Minimum of 6 participants.
Teen Specialized Personal Training (ages 12-16)
Invest in your child’s future by teaching healthy exercise habits with one of our “teen friendly” trainers. Great for sport-specific training (1 hour appointments)
Fundamentals Group Training
A program that will help every member, new or seasoned, make a fresh start in FREE group training. Taught by a certified personal trainer & designed for all fitness levels. Great way to experience the benefits of personal training and make relationships in a group setting. (Graduate after 7 weeks)
The Y offers the most experienced and professional personal fitness trainers to its members. Y trainers work with a variety of clientele including athletes, sedentary adults, seniors and teens. Our certified personal trainers can design a personalized training program specifically for you based on your individual profile.
