YMCA Branch Board Leadership
Board Purpose
The O'Fallon Family YMCA Board of Advisors serve to provide leadership, advice and counsel. This leadership ensures that the YMCA is meeting important community needs and has the financial resources to implement programs that build strong kids, strong families and strong communities. The Executive/Finance/Nomination Committee in conjunction with the Executive Director is responsible for recommending candidates to serve on the Board of Advisors.
Know How
A member of the Board of Advisors will be recognized as an opinion-influenced/key leader of the community, or active YMCA member who is interested in furthering the purpose, mission and vision of the O'Fallon Family YMCA and the YMCA of Greater St. Louis. The individual will exemplify the YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Faith in all aspects of volunteer performance and their relationship with others.
