Whether you are just getting started with an exercise program or someone who is already active, the Webster Groves Family YMCA has a variety of programs to help you reach or maintain your fitness goals!
Y-Weight Loss Challenge

Mandatory Meeting July 13
Participants meet 3 times a week.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 12pm -OR- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 5pm
This 12-week program that helps clients to lose weight, tone and build muscles, learn about nutrition, and lead an overall healthier lifestyle.
Meet with one of our personal trainers in a small group setting (minimum 4, maximum 6 participants) three times a week for an hour long workout session. Participants will receive individual instruction from the personal trainer and will also benefit from the team camaraderie of small group training.
Participants will meet with their trainer 3 times a week. We will try to accommodate everyone as much as possible with different meeting times through out the day.
Workouts will take place in the YMCA in the weight room, cardio room, and gymnasium. When the weather gets nicer we may even go outside.
The Y-Weight Loss Challenge combines the best of Personal Training with the best of Group Fitness at an affordable price. Get the one on one instruction you get from a personal trainer with the camaraderie of a group fitness class and watch yourself attain your health and wellness goals.

- Body Composition Analysis

Nutritional Counseling
Meet one-on-one with our Registered Dietician regarding nutrition & fitness, weight management, low cholesterol/low fat, diabetes, pregnancy, hypertension and other modified diets. The Kirkwood-Webster Groves Family YMCA’s Registered Dietitian has 25 years experience for improving health and preventing disease.
